Four people, including 3 Assam Rifles personnel, have been injured in a blast that took place in Imphal, Manipur near the polo ground, reported EastMojo.
Two of them are critical, according to the report.
On 26 January, a bomb blast had occurred near the Border Road Task Force office at Lamphelpat, Imphal. No injuries or casualties had been reported in the blast.
