Madras High Court Chief Justice Vijaya Kamlesh Tahilramani is likely to resign rather than follow orders of her transfer to Meghalaya High Court. The Supreme Court collegium headed by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi had on 28 August ordered the transfer of the Chief Justice from Madras to Meghalaya.
