The footage shows youths protesting against the Pakistani government in Muzaffarabad, Gilgit and Kotli and several other areas of PoK. The Pakistani establishment’s use of brutal force in order to quell the rebellion can be seen clearly in the footage and proves that Islamabad’s claims against New Delhi’s alleged attempts to suppress people living in the valley are nothing but hollow.

It is also being reported that the local administration has misconstrued any hint of disturbance in the Kashmir Valley as unrest and revolt.

The Pakistani establishment has remained silent and no comment has been made from their side.

The sheer scale of protests, the swelling crowd and its vehement demand for freedom from Pakistani aggression is a clear indicator that these protests cannot be termed as sporadic.

The police and the Pakistani Army have been deployed in large numbers to quash such protests.

Manoj Gupta, a CNN-IBN journalist, accessed footage from ground zero.

The hashtag #HellInPoK trended on Twitter on Tuesday, as people took to social media to react to the video:

Amidst self-righteous anger from both India and Pakistan, A Pakistani journalist made a point:

It has to be noted that Pakistan recently cancelled the NSA-level talks with India claiming that no peace process can be initiated without Kashmir being discussed. After such a claim is this what Pakistan has to offer to the people of Kashmir?

Your move Pakistan.
