The results for the Sthree Sakthi SS-153 lottery were announced at 3 pm by the Kerala lottery department on Tuesday, 16 April, and a participant from Kollam with the lottery ticket number SH 710595 has won the first prize of Rs 60 lakh.

The second prize of 5 lakh has been bagged by a participant from Palakkad with the lottery ticket number SJ 679245 while several other participants have won the third prize of Rs 5,000.

Official results would be available from 4pm onwards on http://www.keralalotteries.com. The price of a single ticket is Rs 30.

The consolation prize worth Rs 8,000 has also been awarded to multiple valid lottery ticket holders.

The prize winners are advised to verify their ticket numbers with the Kerala lottery results published in the state government Gazette, and surrender their winning tickets within 30 days.

Prizes up to Rs 1 lakh can be claimed from the District Lottery Offices concerned.

However, the winners with the prize value above Rs 1 lakh are advised to surrender their lottery tickets before the Director of State Lotteries after affixing the signature, name and address of the prize winner on the back side of the tickets.

They are also required to submit the following documents along with the winning lottery ticket.

  • A claim application along with a photocopy of both sides of the ticket, self attested.
  • Two Passport size photographs of the prize-winner duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/Notary.
  • A receipt for the prize money in the prescribed form affixing a revenue stamp worth Rupee 1 with full address of the prize-winner.
  • If the prize winner is a minor, Guardianship certificate from a competent authority.
  • In case of joint claims, one of the prize-winners should be authorized to receive the prize money and a ‘Joint Declaration’ in stamp paper worth Rs 50 should be executed.
  • Self attested copy of the PAN Card.
  • Attested document to prove identity (Attested copy of Ration Card, Driving License, Passport, Election ID Card etc)
