Karnataka Floods: CM Yediyurappa to Conduct Aerial Survey

Rainfall within Belagavi city has flooded its streets, primarily in the suburban areas.

As flooding worsens in north Karnataka districts, Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa has announced that he will conduct an aerial survey of the damage on Monday, 5 August.

This was announced after the CM held a video conference with district officials on Sunday afternoon. The flood-affected districts include Belagavi, the worst affected area, Vijayapura, Bagalkot, Raichur and Yadgir.
