More than forty Hindu outfits from all over the country have come together to form a new movement called ‘India Against Islamic States’ in Coimbatore.

A website was also launched for the movement by Ramesh Shinde, National spokesperson of ‘Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’ on Monday.

In a media statement, Pramod Muthalik, founder president of the Sri Ram Sena said that the movement is for spreading awareness about terrorism. He added that it is not against Muslims but against terrorist organisations. He also asked Muslims to join this movement. He stated that many Indian youths who joined the ISIS have asked the Indian government’s help to return.

Usage of flags of IS and banners supporting them are widely seen in Jammu and Kashmir and other parts of the nation. This movement will support the law-implementing agencies to nab such persons.
