  • The Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Virbhadra Singh has declared Dharamshala the second capital of the state.
  • Situated in the snow-capped Dhauladhar range, Dharamshala will serve as the state’s winter capital.
  • The CM also announced his plans to bring the government machinery to the Kangra district headquarters for two months during the winter.
