Students of the Performers Collective, a music school based in Delhi-NCR has their own unique tribute to Mahatma Gandhi. The video was conceived and executed by the Better Half Productions, which is run by a couple who teach at the music school. They have managed a moving version of Gandhi’s favourite bhajan, Raghupati Raghav without any instruments accompanying the vocals.
The video was first created in 2013, but was reposted as a tribute to Bapu. The performers in the video are all students of the music school, and the song is performed a cappella.
The layers in the song are all a result of the harmony among all the singers.
