Watch ‘Cab Mein Charcha’; Cabbies on Fawad and Indo-Pak Ke Rishte

India

When RJ Stutee is not in her studios recording for her radio show or a video, she is travelling in cabs, chit-chatting with the cabbies. So one day, our madam RJ, decided to talk to the cabbies about things that are in the news. The discussion obviously centred around the most burning topics that dominate our newspapers and hog most prime-time debates – FAWAD Khan, Indo-Pak ke rishte and Kashmir.

Do cabbies know Fawad Khan? Do they want Pakistani artists to stay? Should India go to war with Pakistan? Watch the video to find out what the men who help us around the Delhi roads, think of these issues. Their responses will leave you surprised.

One of the cabbies, she spoke to, flipped when he found out that she comes on radio and has her own show.

Earlier only the women were mad about Fawad Khan. But thanks to the Shiv Sena, men too have started talking about him. If not mad about him, they were mad at him. But, did the cabbies know Fawad?

Should Pakistani artists be allowed to work in India?

In order to elicit interesting responses from them, Stutee also played the devil’s advocate.

Should India go to war with Pakistan? Amidst the warmongering and high-pitched jingoism, you may feel sensibility and ability to reason has died out. But the responses from these cabbies will leave you surprised.

There were some who emphasised the need for dialogue over warmongering.
There were some who emphasised the need for dialogue over warmongering.

But on the question of Kashmir, even the cabbies got a little sentimental.
