It’s not especially hard to get Bollywood actor Aamir Khan to cry. We’ve seen it many times – during episodes of Satyamave Jayate, film screenings, interviews – you name it, the actor has let the waterworks show.
But for him to bawl post a Salman Khan movie – now, that’s new.
In the video below, Aamir can be seen teary-eyed and emotional, as he walks out after watching Bajrangi Bhaijaan. And the actor didn’t stop at that. Other than being all praises for the film, he also tweeted that this was Salman Khan’s best performance in his entire career.
According to reports and reviews, Bajrangi Bhaijaan presents Salman in quite a different light by showcasing his humane side. That probably goes a long way in explaining why fans have been so overwhelmed after watching the film and why the film fraternity has been going gaga about it.
Its ending left audiences particularly emotional – which is probably why Aamir had this to say about the film:
The film earned Rs 26 crore net (260 million) approx. on its first day at the Box Office, while its second day earnings were approximately Rs 36.50 crore net (365 million).
Bajrangi Bhaijaan is easily the highest ever single day collection for a Salman Khan starrer. Clearly, Bollywood’s bhaijaan has a lot to celebrate.
