Beach Warrior Cleans Up Post Visarjan Despite #MumbaiRains

Lawyer-activist Afroz Shah braves incessant rainfall to clean up after Ganpati visarjan.

When Mumbai was flooding and Mumbaikars were busy trying to get home safely, beach warrior Afroz Shah was doing what he does best, fearlessly. The lawyer-activist was at Versova beach cleaning up after Ganpati visarjan activities, till 2am on August 30. Shah and his team of volunteers braved the incessant rainfall and the high tide to make sure that their beach remains clean.
