While Delhiites are facing an epidemic-like situation, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is campaigning in Punjab with Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia is currently in Finland for some “official work”. Even the Lt Governor Najeeb Jung is in the United States.

Delhi Lt Governor Najeeb Jung has asked Sisodia to return from Finland due to the health crisis in the city, according to NDTV.

Union Health Ministry has sought a detailed report from Delhi government regarding deaths caused by chikungunya, along with medical history of patients.

Refuting the allegation of the Opposition that he is “holidaying” in Finland, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said on Friday, it was not a “sin” to study the schooling system of other countries to fix the problems in Delhi’s education system.

To prove his point, he voraciously tweeted photos of him working for the education system, while Delhi is struggling to cope with the chikungunya outbreak with all of the senior-most ministers out of town.

Sisodia, who also holds the education portfolio, said he has worked hard to improve the education system in the national capital and that he was in Finland to see what more needs to be done.
