Union Minister YS Chowdary’s Son Booked for Rash Driving

The cops have not arrested Karthik, however, the Porche he was driving has been seized.

Union Minister of State for Science and Technology YS Chowdary’s son Karthik has been booked for rash driving by Hyderabad Traffic Police. Karthik was driving a Porsche car that has been seized by the cops.

According to Deccan Chronicle, the 22-year-old tried to evade the cops when they tried to stop his car. However, the cops were able to catch him after a brief chase.

During a special road safety drive conducted on Friday night by traffic cops, Karthik was found driving the vehicle allegedly in a “rash” manner between Jubilee Hills Check Post and KBR Park gate.

A case was booked on the charge of rash driving against Karthik under section 184 (B) of MV Act. He has not been arrested. However, fine will be imposed, the police officer said.
