Tribal Woman and Her Lover Stripped and Tied: 24 Accused Arrested

The duo were taken hostage allegedly by the woman’s husband Bhanwar Lal and other locals.

• Twenty-four people have been arrested for allegedly stripping and tying a 26-year-old woman and her paramour to a tree.
  
  
• The woman’s husband and other locals also took six people hostage, including the woman’s mother and her two brothers, who had gone to the villagers to rescue her.
  
  
• The incident came to light when disturbing pictures of the incident were posted on social media.
