When the first look of Size Zero was released many were stunned to see what looked like an overweight Anushka Shetty.
From the looks of it, filmmaker Prakash Kovelamudi is closely guarding the plot of the film with little information in public domain. Even the teaser is only a montage of funny instances of Anushka that tells us nothing but that she is a young lady battling weight issues. There is also glimpse of her character’s romance with actor Arya.
Size Zero is a bilingual and will be introduced to the Tamil audience as Inji Iduppazhaghi.
However, this is not the first time a comedy surrounding the tales of an overweight girl, (Allari Naresh’s Kithakithalu had explored it in 2007 itself) has been presented to the Telugu audience. But the idea of a mainstream actor like Anushka Shetty taking the role on, is sure to pique the interest of the audience. Check it out.

According to the producers, the film is about the challenges faced by a plus sized girl with a mother who is keen to get her married off. The posters and the teasers have been garnering a lot of attention on Twitter with co-stars and other celebrities lauding Anushka for being brave enough to take on the role.
