A local court denied pre-arrest bail to Sukhvinder on Thursday.

A lawyer in Mumbai has also filed a complaint against Sukhvinder for carrying a trident in a plane.

BJP MLA from Gujarat, Vasan Ahir has written to the state Home department demanding a probe against Sukhvinder in connection to a family which committed suicide in 2004 in Kutch district.
