One Arrested in Hubballi for Threatening Kannada Author KS Bhagwan
One person was arrested in Hubballi, Karnataka, for threatening rationalist thinker KS Bhagwan through repeated phone calls on his mobile phone.
On Sunday, September 15, Bhagwan received around 15 calls threatening him for his remarks on Hindu religious text, according to a report by The Hindu.
Somebody who had sent me a message or talked to me has been nabbed by police and investigation is going on. These threats are nothing new to me. I request government to take such issues seriously. If they deal with such miscreants strictly, this will come to an end.
