Child Molester Insists 4-Year-Old “Came Too Close to Him”

A 46-year-old man, Mohammad Akram Khan, was caught molesting a 4-year-old girl on CCTV camera.

CNN-IBN reports that 46-year-old Mohammad Akram Khan was caught molesting a 4-year-old girl on CCTV camera. Far from feeling any remorse, Khan accused the child of “coming too close” and seducing him. Speaking to the media, he said that the little girl was a willing participant.

The child was known to him. Akram, who is a resident of Hyderabad, has been arrested.
