Port Blair, May 23 (IANS) BJP candidate Vishal Jolly was leading against her nearest Congress rival Kuldeep Rai Sharma in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Lok Sabha constituency after the initial round of vote count on Thursday.
BJP's Bishnu Pada Roy had won the seat in 2014.
