- The memorandum, signed by Saurabh Sharma, Jawaharlal Nehru University Students Union Joint Secretary and ABVP member, demanded the arrest of all those involved in the incident.
- The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh-affiliated student body had earlier in the day protested in front of the Delhi Police headquarters.
