West Bengal Board of Secondary Education ( WBBSE) declared the results of Madhyamik Class 10 or SSC board examinations on Tuesday, 21 May. Students who appeared for the Class 10 examinations under WBBSE can check their results on the official website at http://wbbse.org/
Saugata Das bagged the first rank in the state by scoring 694/700 marks, i.e., 99.14%. She is a student of Mahammedpur Deshpran Vidyapith School in East Midnapore district.
86.07% students cleared the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education class 10 examination this year.
The physically challenged students have performed extremely well this year. 175 out of 185 students i.e., 94.59% students from the visually challenged category cleared the examination. 152 students had appeared from the hearing impaired category. 132 of them passed which is 86.64%. Moreover, the passing percentage for the other physically challenged candidates is 87.78% which is 352/401.
