As per the official notification dated 26 August 2019, the High Court of Tripura in Agartala is inviting applications for the recruitment of candidates to the post of Court Manager. The interested candidates can visit the official website of High Court of Tripura Agartala i.e., http://thc.nic.in/ and fill the prescribed form.
The applications need to reach the office of the Registrar General, High Court of Tripura, Agartala by 30 September 2019 along with the postal order/ bank draft of Rupees 500 payable at Agartala in favour of the Registrar General, High Court of Tripura, Agartala. The said amount is Rupees 250 in case of candidates from the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe.
Candidates also need to send the documents and photographs as mentioned in the application form.
The minimum age limit for the post of Court Manager is 18 years whereas the candidates must not be older than 40 years of age. In case of candidates from the SC and ST category, the maximum age limit is 45 years.
Selection Process for Court Manager
The recruitment process includes two phases- Phase 1 is the written examination and Phase 2 includes interview and project report.
Phase 1-
There will be 3 written examinations in the Phase 1. The Paper-1 will be of 100 marks and the candidates will be given 2 hours to answer the questions. The questions will be based on Introduction of Management, Communication, Organizational Behaviour, Quantitative Technique, Research Methodology, Financial Management, Human Resource Management & Computer Skills.
Paper-2 will be of 50 marks and the candidates will be given 45 minutes. The questions will be based on General Knowledge, English, Legal Knowledge & General Aptitude. Paper -3 will also be of 50 marks and the exam duration is 45 minutes. The questions will be based on the official language of the state of Tripura.
Phase 2-
Those candidates who clear the Pahse-1 will be called for the interview and project report. 50 marks are allotted to the second phase.
Candidates need at least 50% aggregate marks to clear the Paper-1 & Paper-2. There is a relaxation of 5% for reserved category of candidates.
