The online application process for the JEE Main examination scheduled to be conducted in April 2019 has started, and the candidates who wish to appear for the exam can apply through the official website - jeemain.nic.in.
The window for online applications for the JEE Main April 2019 examination will remain open from 8 February-7 March 2019. However, the last date for paying the application fee online is 8 March 2019.
The JEE Main examination will be conducted for two papers (Paper 1 - BE/BTech admissions & Paper 2 - BArch/BPlanning) from 6-20 April, and the results will be announced by 30 April 2019.

The JEE Main examination is conducted for admission to NITs, IITs and CFTIs.
Eligibility
The candidate should have secured at least 75 percent marks, or be in the top 20 percentile in Class 12 examination conducted by the respective Boards. For SC/ST candidates the qualifying marks would be 65 percent in Class 12 examination.
How to Apply for JEE Main 2019 Exam
- A candidate is required to register on the website using basic details such as name, date-of-birth, mobile number, email address etc.
- The candidate should save the login credentials (username, password) for future login.
