The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) announced the 2019 Class 10 results today. Those candidates who have appeared for the examination this year can check their results on the official website at http://www.bseh.org.in/
According to the board, HSEB matric paper or Haryana Board Class 10 examination is cleared by 57.39% . However, 42.6% students, about half of the 3 lakh students who appeared for the exams have failed in the the Haryana Board class 10.
HBSE 10th Toppers’ List: Four Students Jointly Topped
Himanshu, Shalini, Isha and Sanju have topped the Haryana class 10 results with all of them scoring 497/500 which is 99.4% .
Just like the trend in the previous years, the girls have performed better than the boys this year as well. 62% girls cleared the examination whereas 53% boys passed in the HSEB matric exam. Last year the passing percentage for girls was 55.34% girls and for boys it was 47.6%.
According to the reports, the students from rural area have performed better than the students from the urban areas. The passing percentage for the rural students in the Haryana Class 10 Board result is 59% whereas for the urban students it is 54%.
This has been the case in the previous year as well. Rural passing percentage in 2018 was 51.72 whereas it was 49.65% for the students from urban areas.
