‘His Face Is a Good Target’: Vijender Singh on China’s Zulpikar

Vijender Singh seems all set to continue his winning streak with his ninth professional career bout to be held in Mumbai on 5 August.

The Indian boxer will take on China’s number one pro boxer Zulpikar Maimaitiali, who has also been unbeaten in the eight bouts he has fought.

Vijender is the current WBO Asia-Pacific Super Middleweight champion while Zulpikar owns the WBO Oriental Super Middleweight Champion title. Thus, the winner of the fight will not only retain his title, but will take home his opponent’s belt too.
