On 15 February, Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) made history by successfully launching 104 satellites on the PSLV-C37 rocket carrier.

After setting the record, the organisation made public a spectacular video of the injection of the rocket carrier. The video shows a different ‘selfie’ perspective of the visual after the launch, captured by an onboard camera showing what it would have looked like from the carrier.

As the rocket carrier pierces into the sky, the onboard camera clearly shows what it looks like as the carrier leaving the earth’s atmosphere. The nano satellites were released from the carrier in stages of three, with a gap of 30 minutes.

This is the highest number of satellites ever launched in a single mission.
