Women are Tweeting Their Abortion Stories and It’s Not Gross

#ShoutYourAbortion was trending on Twitter recently and for good reason.

#ShoutYourAbortion was trending today after writers Lindy West and Amelia Bonow tweeted the following message.

Several women took the cue and started using the hashtag to share their stories - all in effort to fight the stigma associated with the word ‘abortion’.
