The worst music video EVER is here! Yo Yo Honey Singh doesn’t just ‘revisit’ the oldie goldie Dheere Dheere Se Meri Zindagi Mein Aana from Aashiqui (1990), he makes a total joke out of it.
This video featuring Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor is odd and annoying at every level possible. Hrithik’s orange cupcake hair, Sonam being herself and Yo Yo’s rapper version of a slow love song is just too much to take at once.
All Hrithik does is walk down the grand stairs of his palatial house while Sonam looks her pretty, perfect designer self to fit the fairytale landscape. But all she really does is smile and look surprised.
Let’s not even talk about the tasteless in-your-face brand placements! This typical boy-meets-girl story has absolutely nothing new. Sonam and Hrithik together is a bad idea, period. And maybe Yo Yo is better off sticking to kukkad, daaru and mini skirts after all. Thankfully this dedication to Gulshan Kumar is only available on Hotstar as of now.
