Yuan Zai, a giant baby panda at Taipei Zoo, had a rather bumpy play day. Watch
The panda cub Yuan Zai from Taipei Zoo, whose name roughly translates to ‘rice ball’ gained worldwide notoriety.
She was separated from her mother shortly after her birth and brought to the zoo in 2013, when the mother inadvertently injured her.
Their eventual reunion was watched millions of times across the world with Yuan Zai being given an honorary citizen’s ID card to recognise her fame.
This video, shot in February this year, shows her clumsy streak in action as she falls from a tree after breaking the branch — looking puzzled.
