The first official trailer for Oscar winner Oliver Stone’s Snowden is out. Starring Joseph Gorden-Levitt, who plays whitlseblower Edward Snowden, who leaked a massive amount of classified documents of global surveillance run by the NSA.
Even the whistleblower himself has watched the trailer!
The film is set to hit theatres on 16 September after being pushed back twice from its earlier release dates.
Going by the trailer, the movie is going to have all the usual elements of spy thrillers –computer graphics (lots of it), and the classic dialogue, “they’re gonna for me...they’re going to come for you too!”
