Sesame Street’s parody on House of Cards is not just entertaining, intelligent and also very, very cute. House of Bricks featuring Three Little Pigs makes fun of the political life of the shrewd politician Frank Underwood.
In the sketch, the puppet Underwolf huff and puff and blows off two houses made of straw. He then sets his eye on the last house - the White Brick House.
The three little pigs surrender quickly; the proud Underwolf enters the White Brick House and makes himself comfortable in his big office. But that’s when the pigs take their revenge and huff and puff and blow the house down. The dialogue that cracks you up the most is when one of the pigs says, “This wasn’t a house of bricks at all. It was just a house — of cards!”
