Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum actor Dipika Kakar was hospitalised on Thursday due to high fever. Her husband and actor Shoaib Ibrahim shared a picture of her from the hospital and wished her a speedy recovery. He wrote, “Bas ab jaldi theek ho jao yaar bachcha.. Pray for her speedy recovery.”
It was suspected that the actor had dengue, however a source from the sets of Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum confirmed that “Dipika does not have dengue, but she had a very severe viral fever.”
Just a few days ago too, the actor was diagnosed with high fever and her husband shared an image of him checking her temperature. She has been shooting continuously for her show in which she plays the role of a popular television actor, and it seems to be taking a toll on her health.
Recently, for Ganpati celebrations, her Maharashtrian look went viral on the internet and won over her fans. Wearing a pink nine-yard sari, a nath (nose ring) and a turban, Dipika totally rocked the look. Not just Dipika, the entire Sippy family, including leading man, Karan V Grover also sported the traditional dhoti and kurta.
Dipika and Karan were also seen playing the dhol together on set. Dipika posted a video of herself trying her hand at the massive dhol with a bunch of professional female dhol players.
