The 47th International Emmy Awards was held in New York and Bollywood was there in style. Though India drew a blank in all the categories, it was a proud moment for the actors and filmmakers. Some time back, photographs from the red carpet have surfaced, wherein the Lust Stories and Sacred Games teams turned up in their stylish best. Radhika Apte opted for an illusion dress, which she paired with minimum accessories. She also tied her hair in a bun.

Apart from Radhika, Karan Johar, Dibakar Banerjee, Anurag Kashyap and Zoya Akhtar also walked the red carpet. The Best TV Movie/Mini-Series award, which Lust Stories was nominated for, eventually went to Safe Harbour.

Check out some of the photos from the event:

Team Sacred Games, nominated for Best Drama Series, was also present.

Sadhana Subramaniam's Witness: India's Forbidden Love was also up for Best Documentary (the award went to Bellingcat - Truth In A Post-Truth World). The Remix was in the running for the Best Non-Scripted Entertainment prize, which went to The Real Full Monty: Ladies' Night.

It was a magical moment for Karan Johar and Anurag Kashyap as they bumped into the creators and producers of Game Of Thrones, David Benioff and D. B. Weiss, who have been selected by the jury for a special Founders Award. Karan took to Twitter to express his excitement: “Honoured to have met Game Of Thrones' prolific producers! David Benioff and D. B. Weiss at the International Emmy Awards.”

We'll get through this! Meanwhile, here's all you need to know about the Coronavirus outbreak to keep yourself safe, informed, and updated.
