In a series of tweets, Hansika Motwani slammed Hina Khan’s comment about declining an offer from the South industry on Bigg Boss 11.

"I had got an offer from two South Indian films, but I rejected it because the producer of the film asked me to put on weight. I know that they (South Indian producers) want their heroines to gain weight and flaunt their bulging figures. I was in fact offered two films by two very big production houses which I refused since they asked me to gain weight as well," says Bigg Boss 11's contestant Hina Khan.

Motwani wrote how she felt like Hina was “degrading and demeaning” south cinema and its actresses with her comment.

What is this suppose to even mean? How can she degrade the south industry like this? Doesn’t she know that a lot of Bollywood actors have worked & are working in the our south industry? Shame on you Hina Khan for trying to demean us. As an actress from the south industry, I would like to say I’m very proud be from our south industry and whatever Hina Khan is saying is pure bullshit.
