First things first: YouTube fame doesn’t necessarily translate into popularity among TV-watching masses. This was evident in today’s Bigg Boss Weekend Ka Vaar. Cringe-pop ki rani Dhinchak Pooja got evicted. Clearly, the audience didn’t like, share or subscribe to her TV debut.
Weekend eliminations are par for the course in Bigg Boss ka ghar so we won’t dwell much on that. Call it the ‘Salman effect’ or what you may, weekend Bigg Boss episodes definitely rate high on the ‘fun meter’. Here’s a quick round-up of all that happened today.
‘Waxing’ eloquent
As part of a game, the house turned into a temporary parlour. You’ll see Puneesh, Akash and Vikas screaming away as the jallad pulls waxing strips off their body.
The highlight of this task was that it even made the jallad smile.
Swachh Ghar Abhiyaan
Salman pulls up the housemates for lack of cleanliness and hygiene in the house and asks them to focus on safai given that the whole country is watching them. This leads to an argument between Hina and Arshi.
Now, if only bhai also tells them about mann ki safai.
Raaz Ki Baat
The contestants reveal their deepest secrets. Based on their revelations, the three special guests of the night - journalist Shweta Singh, actors Tanishaa and Karanvir Bohra - get to choose one housemate who is immune from next week’s nominations. The trio decides to save Shilpa. Well, looks like there are more sleepless nights in store for Vikas.
