Aamir Khan took to social media to share the first song of his much-awaited Dangal. And we are loving it! Earthy and fun, Haanikaarak Bapu has been sung in the typical Haryanvi style.
The lyrics, penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya, relate the travails of the Phogat sisters who suffer as their strict father (Khan) is determined to make pahalwans out of them. The picturisation complements the song, which has been composed by Pritam and rendered beautifully by Sarwar Khan and Sartaz Khan.
Nothing so fresh has come out of Bollywood in a long time.
