Former Late Show host David Letterman seems to be enjoying his retirement. The 68 year old celebrity TV host was recently spotted in New York City with his son Henry, looking his scruffiest best. He wore a long sleeved t-shirt, paired with cargo pants and sneakers. We almost didn’t recognise him for a minute, thanks to the beard. His ‘retired’ look is so far away from the clean shaven version of him that we’ve grown accustomed to, over his 33 year long stint as the star of late-night American television.
Well, he’s probably having some trouble getting used to a life without professionals who would worry more about his hair and make-up than Letterman himself. Evidently. To remind you of his slick TV look, here’s David Letterman in pictures, as we remember him.
