Actor Sanjay Dutt, who was released from Yerwada jail just last month after serving his sentence in the 1993 serial blasts case, has approached a special TADA court seeking his passport. According to an Indian Express report, Special Public Prosecutor Deepak Salvi said “Dutt has sought his passport back and we have given a no objection.” Special TADA court judge GA Sanap is likely to pass an order on Dutt’s plea on Tuesday, he said.
