While Marathi film Sairat continues to rake in the moolah even as its National award-winning director, Nagraj Manule, is in the news for all the wrong reasons, the blockbuster seems all set to continue its success down south.
According to The News Minute, popular producer Rockline Venkatesh has acquired the remake rights of the Marathi film in all the four southern languages. He will be jointly producing the southern remakes with the producers of the original and they’ll soon start working on the Kannada version first.
