If like me, you thought Kya Kool Hain Hum 3 we had said our final goodbyes to bad rubbish, here is a rude shock! Mastizaade is out and since we are already low on patience and bruised by Tusshar Kapoor’s tasteless on-screen assault the jolt hits hard! Very hard!

Why Must Tusshar Kapoor be the Face of Every Sickening Sex Comedy?

Does he guarantee the some sort of tax rebate, because honestly he adds precious little interims of charm to any of the ludicrous films we see him in?

Mastizaade belongs to the same cesspool of creepy jokes and skin show that Kya Kool Hain Hum 3 called its home. Apart from Tusshar Kapoor it also shares the same scriptwriter (Mushtaq Sheikh) and Milap Zaveri. Zaveri who wrote the horrendous dialogues in last week’s endurance test sleeps on the director’s couch in this one.

Vir Das, in What Can now be Called his Most Literal “Podcast”

Is present too, gesticulating and mouthing embarrassingly infantile lines. But the maker’s knew what would bring the crowds, and so, there is a Sunny Leone double role thrown in. The irony, she seduced us more with her intelligence and poise in the promotional interviews, than here with ample skin show. Gizele Thakral too, gets to display her over endowed body, and overall, an adolescent boy’s cheap fantasies are well taken care of!

Revealing the names of the characters in Mastizaade is as good as revealing the nonexistent story. Lily Lele and Laila Lele, Sunny Kele, Aditya Chothiya and Titli Boobna stand witness to the tedious mediocrity that has been put up in bright frames.

I love myself too much to put it through such frequent torture so I ran for my life halfway through it.

Strictly for ‘creepy atmaans’ this one deserves HALF A QUINT out of 5!
