Who likes a happy ever after story that has no twist, no conflict and no villain? No one, that’s for sure! Veteran actor Raza Murad, who has numerous villainous performances to his credit, says that if it wasn’t for the bad guys in our films, lives and mythology, there would be no story to tell.

We couldn’t agree more. Imagine our films without Pran, Amrish Puri, Shakti Kapoor, Gulshan Grover and the likes! After all, it was Gabbar who made Basanti dance. Watch The Quint’s exclusive chat with actor Raza Murad about a love story is not a story worth telling if it doesn’t have a villain.

On that note, here’s wishing you a happy Valentines Day.
