Eons ago, Humpty Dumpty had a great fall and, as it has been widely reported, all the king’s men (and women) couldn’t put together the poor bugger. Please note, that Humpty wasn’t even breaking down some killer moves, he was simply chillin’ on a wall, living life ‘sunny side up’. But hell, if Humpty was alive and kickin’ we’d sure want it to check out the likes of Queen Bey, Madonna, Katy Perry & Ariana Grande.
Even if you don’t know what Super Bowl 2016 was, or why people are making such a big deal about Peyton Manning, chances are you still might have heard about Beyoncé, aka Queen Bey, the ruler of ‘single ladies universe‘, literally, bouncing back from her ALMOST fall during the half-time performance.
The misstep was courtesy the hi-energy dance routines that Beyoncé & her dancers are known for. Her signature leotard ensures that she doesn’t go down the Madonna way. Remember this?
Oh. Yes. She. Did. Madge’s Armani cape went batsh*t crazy at the Brit Awards 2015 and OMG that tumble. Even the legendary Giorgio Armani said, in an interview, that the pop star can be sometimes ‘difficult’ with her clothing demands. Well, ya’ll know what she said – B**ch I’m Madonna. But if you thought that this was dramatic, check out Katy Perry’s fall during one of her concerts in 2015.
Ok, so the jury is still debating whether this was real or staged because Ms Firework suffered a similar fall while performing the same single! What is it about this song that makes her swoon, we wonder! Katy might not have recovered well from these falls but pint-sized Ariana Grande showed all those chicas how it’s done.
Grande had a venti fall but took control and made sure that the show goes on. And that’s what we love about all these divas. Because fallin’ in love may be easy but taking a tumble in front of gazillions sure is as hard as it looks!
