On Saturday, Tamil actor Suriya Sivakumar shared the first look of his upcoming film titled Sooraraj Pottau in collaboration with director Sudha Kongara. He shared posters of the film on this Twitter account. In the poster, you can see a huge aeroplane on a runway and a man standing below and gazing up at the plane. See it here:
According to a report by The Indian Express, the film will be a period drama. It will star Aparna Balamurali as the female lead. The music for the film will be composed by music director GV Prakash. The film will be produced by Suriya;s 2D Entertainment and Rajsekar Karpoorasundarapandian in association with Oscar-winning Guneet Monga. FIlm director Sudha Kongara has previously directed projects like Irudhi Suttru and Guru.
Actor Suriya Sivakumar is known for working in hit films like the Singam trilogy. He has been in the industry for over two decades and worked on several successful projects. Reports suggest that Suriya also has an untitled big budget action film that is currently in the early stages of production. He might also reunite with the Singam director for yet another movie.
