Rajinikanth-Akshay Kumar’s ‘2.0’ Gets a Release Date

The music would be released in Dubai next month.

Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar fans can now sigh in relief. The stars’ first venture together, 2.0, is going to release on January 26 next year. Akshay Kumar has taken care to block two important days on the Indian calendar to release his 2018 films. While 2.0 will release on Republic Day, his other film, Gold, will hit the theatres on 15 August.

But the pre-release hoopla is right around the corner. 2.0’s music would be released next month in Dubai, while the teaser would be fagged off in November in Hyderabad. The trailer would be launched in Chennai in December.
