In an interview to The Times of India, comedian Kapil Sharma revealed how he was actually happy about his popular show Comedy Nights with Kapil getting discontinued. Here’s what he said:
I am happy that Comedy Nights with Kapil went off-air. At least, we got a chance to do something new. As the characters were fixed, we had the same set and started getting complacent. But now since we are bringing a new show, we have to work hard with the same amount of passion that we put in our first show (CNWK).Kapil Sharma, Comedian
Well, all we can say is that his fans aren’t too happy with his absence from the small screen and are keenly looking forward to seeing his new venture, The Kapil Sharma Show on their telly sets.
