Stree actor Pankaj Tripathi is set to make his Hollywood debut alongside Thor star Chris Hemsworth. He will be joining the cast of director Sam Hargrave’s debut film Dhaka, which will be released as a Netflix Original.
Chris had earlier shot for portions of the film in Mumbai and Ahmedabad and shared pictures from the set on Instagram.
According to sources, Pankaj will join the crew in Bangkok, Thailand for the next leg of the shoot. The film also features Randeep Hooda and Manoj Bajpayee alongside Golshifteh Farahani and David Harbour.
Closer home, Pankaj Tripathi has also joined Ranveer Singh as part of the cast of upcoming sports drama 83, which is based on India’s historic win at the Cricket World Cup. The actor will essay the role of PR Man Singh, the team’s manager at the time.
