Sanju has created a new record at the box-office by collecting Rs 46.71 crore on Sunday, making it the highest single day collection by an Indian film. This record was previously held by Baahubali 2 which raked in Rs 46.50 cr. With this record collection, the 3-day weekend earning of Sanju is now Rs 120.06 crore. The Sanjay Dutt biopic is a massive hit having collected Rs 34.75 crore on day one and its day two earnings were Rs 38.60 crore.

Former India cricketer Vinod Kambli and his wife Andrea found themselves in a huge altercation with Bollywood music composer Ankur Tiwari and his father on 1 July at Inorbit Mall, Malad in Mumbai. Kambli and Andrea alleged that Tiwari’s father, RK Tiwari had deliberately brushed his hand against Andrea.
