Dev Patel Shares The Screen With Nicole Kidman in ‘Lion’

The ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ star is back with another film with an Indian connection.

Dev Patel will be seen sharing the screen with Hollywood superstars Nicole Kidman, Rooney Mara and David Wenham in Garth Davis’ upcoming film Lion.

The film’s trailer is out and the drama written by Luke Davies is based on the non-fiction book A Long Way Home (authored by Saroo Brierley). This story of a five-year-old lost Indian boy, who is adopted by Australia parents, and sets out on a journey to find his home 25 years later, is making all the right noises at film festivals around the world.

Lion is set to hit theatres in the US on November 25 this year.
