Exclusive: Deepika’s Personal Style Is Very Simple & Minimal

Deepika Padukone prefers sneakers over heels.

On the sets of Colors Infinity’s new homegrown show, Vogue BFFs, when Deepika Padukone was asked about her style, she said,

My personal style, even though you see very little of it, now everywhere we go we’re always styled. But whatever little style I have, I think so much of it has evolved because of working with someone like Anaita and I think there is a lot of trust. A lot of times I’m asked to wear things or given things that I’ve never really seen before or worn before. But if she says it, I trust her. My personal style is very simple, very minimal. I don’t like accessorizing too much. I like one thing to be the focus.

Anaita Shroff, who has styled Deepika for various photo-shoots and films like Love Aaj Kal and Cocktail, is also Deepika’s best friend and also styled her for the shoot of Vogue BFFs.

Deepika also said that she prefers sneakers over heels and that her favourite lipstick shade is red.
