Darsheel ‘Taare Zameen Par’ Safary is All Grown Up!

Darsheel Safary aka Ishaan Awasthi of ‘Taare Zameen Par’ wants to make a comeback to Bollywood

Darsheel Safary who is best known for his performance as Ishaan Awasthi in Taare Zameen Par (2007) was spotted at the ‘India Kids Fashion Week’ on Sunday. The child actor who played a 9-year-old struggling with dyslexia is now all grown up and spoke to ANI about his interest in doing different roles in films.

My comeback will not be a different fight as I have not been that away from the industry. I have done shows, events, theatres and even reality shows. I have done small things once in a year so that the people remember there is someone called Darsheel Safary.

Though we really miss the impish, naughty look that his buck tooth gave him, Darsheel is now all of 19-years-old and wants to make his ‘break’ as an actor in Bollywood.
